Contents:  Chocolate Pasta, Cocoa Meringue Cookies, White Chocolate-Covered Snack, Chai Chocolate Tea, Belgium mocha (iced) drink, Chocolate Pudding Jelly Beans, (3) Chocolate Creme Candy Canes, Chocolate Rum Cake, and (3) votive candles - 2 chocolate-scented and 1 chocolate-chip scented.

Official Rules.

1.  No Purchase Necessary.  Void where Prohibited.  Submit your story in 500 words or less, G-rated, via email to contest2005@achocolateoasis.com .  X-rated materials, as determined by ACO, are ineligible for consideration.  Enter online after noon EST, October 1, 2005.  Entries must be received by midnight EST on October 31, 2005.  One entry per person please.

2.  This contest is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. 18 years of age and older, except the employees of ACO.

3.  One (1) First Place Winner and One (1) Second Place Winner will be selected from all eligible entrants on or about November 7, 2005.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entires received.  The winner will be notified by email on or about November 9, 2005.  Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

4.  The First Place winner will receive the basket described above  (Approximately Retail Value $50).  The Second Place winner will receive a coupon for forty (40%) percent the purchase of any regularly priced gift basket from A Chocolate Oasi of Gifts.

5.  No transfers, substitutions in prizes or cash will be allowed except by ACO, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6.  Submission of a story to ACO hereby gives ACO permission publish the story on the ACO website anytime in the future.  No story will be sold or otherwise leased but will becomes the property of ACO for the purpose of possible publication with proper credit to the author. Winner(s) are required to supply to ACO, upon notification, a mailing address and phone number for delivery of prize(s).  By entering contest and/or accepting a prize, you agree to be bound by these rules and to release ACO from any and all liability arising out of your participation in this Contest with respect to the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize.

7.  Entires that are lost, late, illegilble or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. ACO reserves the right to modiify or terminate this Contest or disqualify any entry in the event of technical imparirment by computer virus or otherwise.  In the event of early termination, ACO will select winners from all eligible entries received at time of termination.  In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered.  This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in Chatham Conty in the State of Georgia.

8.  A winner's list will be published on this site from the November 9th until November 30th, 2005.
